Change in sensor set up
Due to devices:
1) Portability
2) Cost of materials
3) Complex set up of device
4) Difficulty in ensuring chamber remains completely enclosed to allow gas sensor to only pick up gases emitted by spoiled milk
Our team decided to go with the approach of using pH meter in sensing hydrogen ions level in sour milk.
